LET ME
introduce myself
I’m Josie - a creative with over 10 years’ experience across photography, graphic design and visual communication.
My creative journey started on the family farm in South Australia, learning photography from my mum - a passionate homeopathic vet and lifelong photography enthusiast. From there, I started shooting for friends whilst living in the Northern Rivers, then moved down to Sydney to work as a photography assistant. This led me to study graphic and communication design, and intern at a world-class advertising agency.
Along the way, I discovered that what I love most is giving ideas and visions form - capturing an emotion in a photograph, bringing a brand to life, or finding the visual language that makes an idea feel right. My background across photography, design and branding has shaped a holistic approach to creative work: not just what something looks like, but what it’s trying to say and how it makes you feel.
I’ve worked in-house with small to medium-sized product brands across B2B and B2C, while freelancing on and off.
These days, I call a beautiful property on the Mid North Coast of NSW home.
